What is the Likelihood That Seniors Will Switch Health and Drug Coverage? Author: Deft Research
Deft recent National Senior Loyalty Study showed that seniors who did not feel loyalty to their health or drug plan were four to five times more likely to have an intention to switch. The study also shows the reasons in a way that brings together health plan product development, marketing, and customer service operations into one cohesive story.

The implications of this rumble throughout a health plan.

The National Senior Loyalty Study tells a story about what seniors want from drug coverage. It also shows that competitors are variously able to provide it.
Seniors want easy, reliable, trustworthy coverage. The study shows that seniors would accept cost control, various prices, and plan rules about access if they were assured the health plan would be trustworthy in doing the right thing for them when they needed it.
